Single Phase up to 100kHz
Quadrature phase up to 80kHz.

I don't have any example of HSC. However it is relactive simple:
In the Device configuration, CPU properties, set HSC function and its properties. (grayed is listed the phisical address of the counter signal). In the device configuration also is possible to set a "virtual" address for the count value (e.g. ID1000).
In your program you need just to use ID1000 as a Dint variable. It has the counted value.
For simple application, there is no necessary to program / call any block.
