Hi everyone,

I have a TIA Portal V15.1 Update 5, from which I used to download programs to a WinCC Runtime Professional instance and to several TP Comfort and ET200SP.

But for some reason, for the last couple of months approximately I cannot load programs onto the TPs anymore. I still can connect to PLCs and load program to the WinCC server, but the TIA cannot see all of HMIs of the client facility.

I made some checks:

• I can make ping, telnet to TCP 102 port to every HMI on the facility.
• The VM I used for the TIA Portal is on the client facility and everything seems to work fine.
• I have the firewall disconnected.
• On the PG/PC interface, I am pointing to the TCP/IP adapter (as I can load onto the PLCs and the WinCC).
• I tried to reinstall TIA Portal again, and trying to upload to last update. Nothing changes.
  

Any advice about what could be happening?

Is there any specific error message when you try to download the project?

I guess it happen always no matter which project you try to download right?

I finally solved the problem, thanks to the information you posted Murof: it was this:

and use also the dropdown list  with "Devices with same IP Adresses" (not the compatible devices option) perhaps something is blocked or you came from a different subnet...

I feel really stupid because I did not try that option in all this time. The time I selected "Devices with same IP Adresses", I could find everything at the moment.
