Andritz_TGI Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hi, I installed yesterday last version of starter v4.4. Since this time, I have an error message that you can find attach. This message appears when computer just starts. I can launch automation licence manager without any problem. For information my soft are: Windows 7 x64 pro Step-7 5.5 sp3 Wincc flex 2008 sp3 Wincc 7.2 Wincc tia portal v13 If anybody has an idea. Thanks Attachment Message.jpg (978 Downloads)

Only idea is that there ís siemens SW started during the startup an run early then the licence service. Yoú can check with msconfig which siemens programs stárt automaticaly . Regards Christoph

If so then deinstall the licence Manager and install the Version from before starter (i think TIA V13 have a newer Version like starter) Regards Christoph
