I have the TP1500 V2 6AV2144-8QC10-0AA1 HMI but it does not appear in the hardware catalog of the Tia Portal V16, im using the Wincc Advance license. i tried to download the runtime of the tp1500 v1 to the V2 but it shows that it has an upgraded firmware. The support package for Tia Portal V16 does not contain any hsp for this HMI

You won't finde the Comfort Panels INOX in the hardware catalog of the TIA Portal. You have to select the normal comfort panel wich it's based the INOX panel (as the electronic of both devices it's the same). In your case the comfort panel will have the 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX1 reference. It should be in the hardware catalog by default in the V16. Installing and hsp shouldn't be necessary.

now im getting a message that says that firmware on the hmi is higher than the one i have on my  project (HMI = 16.0.0..3     Tia Portal = 16.0.0.0) every time i select the adapt case im getting an error that says the hardware does not correspond with the hmi do i have to update my tia portal via Tia Software Updater? i have the V16.00.00.00_31.02.00.01 of Tia Portal, or it is posible to do a firmware downgrade on the HMI?

my software its in spanish thats why im not putting any image

Try installing the last update for TIA V16 wich you can find in the next link:

For me it seems that the panel has a firmware V16 but with an update. If you don't have the last update installed maybe you can't perform the download.

I found that the real problem was that i didnt have installed the WinCC Image Operator wich its installed for separete from the Tia Portal Step7 And Wincc it is loacted on the DVD 3
