Cannot link the configuration database to the Runtime project

In the PC-station properties I have set the computer name to the same name as my computer. Which is "002h". This doesn't help.

I am facing the same problem ,I tried every thing mentioned here, I reinstall the software and all SQL servers and nothing changed 
I go to the SP1 update and nothing changed 
it is noted that  

1- when I try to create  a new PC station using Wincc runtime advanced the problem disappears only I am facing this problem using Winccrun time professional   
2- when I run the SQL server  manager I can't see the data base for Wincc  (see attached photo ) 
3- Dose the computer name set in the project  has any effect on this message error ?? 

please help me I don't want to reformat my PC this error getting me crazy

I may have found the solution for this issue. I hope it will work for you guys too.
I have tried to do the following below:

1. SQL Server instance instruction where you have to detach your database - Did not work

2. Save a copy and retrieve it in a new project - Did not work

3. Tried to compile several times but still not working

Finally i had realized that the error is saying "Cannot Link" the configuration database to the Runtime project.

You see when you retrieve a project coming from a zip file it creates a subnet folder which is the same name of your project file. And either you change the sub folder name or change the project file name.
