Cannot log in WinCC Unified UI

I am trying to open the Unfied UI in a browser. For some reason "localhost/WebRH" does not work. By pure testing, I found out that I must use "https://localhost/WebRH".

Now the Unfied background loads, but the login interface in the middle of the screen does not appear. However, the runtime is running on my pc as shown in the runtime manager? In TIA Portal, there is no error shown.

Where is the documentation for the WinCC things and how to get these basic things done? I am searching in the documentation that opens on the F1 button in TIA Portal and I cannot find anything useful. Furthermore, I was unable to find ANY official useful documentation or guide on the Siemens website. 

Where is all this hidden? I am frustrated...

When looking in this forum website, there is a download center thing with more than 20000 pdf files. I will never find the correct one.

Thank you for your help. However, even days after trying, I cannot get this running. I just would like to open the WinCC Unified user interface in a browser on my local machine, which is the same device that is used for working on the TIA project. I followed each step in:

Still, I get an empty page with the runtime background and after a while a "The url X /umc-sso//swaglogin" is unavailable. I do not know what to do. Even the integrated TIA Portal help browser does not show any entries for "swag".

Ok, I found some workaround. However, this is a bad solution and I would be glad if someone has a real solution. I still see the runtime background in the browser and no login diaglog. It is just empty. And after a while, the swaglogin error appears.

However, if I select "Enable automatic login" in the Runtime Manager, the user interface loads. Why is this working this way? Since I can see the WinCC interface now in the browser, that must mean that the certificate installation was correct? Or not?

I can still not see the login dialog...

 I would try deleting the site from IIS (type iis on windows search and open the tree on the left to find: WinCC Unified SCADA) and after that re-run the WinCC Unified Configuration.
Also if you wish to use login you should leave the "Enable automatic login" unchecked. 
At last, try to access the hostname or ip without the /WebRH, there you can access the User Management and the Certificate Authority, may help to understand your doubts.

In the case that I just enter "https://ipadress" in the browser, I get the error that is in the attached figure.

I do not understand this. Do you have any idea what to do? I could not find any help in the official Siemens documentation.

I did activate everything under Windows Features at ".Net Framework 3.5" and ".Net Framework 4.5 Advanced Services". Now it works correctly (hopefully), but I am not really understanding what I am doing here...
