hi . i have a 6sn1118-0aa11-0aa0 controller for driving a servo motor . i have a problem . My drive status is Ok but i can't run it . when i  connect Terminal 65 , 9 (Controller enable) without ref , my output current increase suddenly until drive trip  and motor warm up . what must i do ? how i should adjust 4 potensiometers on  drive ????

PLease help  me .  i will add some photos.

hi . it's a proble min running . when i use Jog reference for instance 0.8V , current of drive suddenly go rise until 100 % and after fault 6 appears. according to u , thrystors or card has problem ? i tryed to solve the problem with potensiometers( T , Kp , Tn , AD)  but wasn't solved. i use a servomotor with this nameplate :1FT5108-1AC71-1FB0 .  AND I STUDIES UR SUGGESTED MANUAL BUT IT COULDN'T BE USEFUL .

 From your picture in 1st post, seems your system has only one axis --one drive control one servo motor.please confirm. you have SIMODRIVE 611A, it is normally simple system. "PISCEAN" already let you download manual, that manual is very useful for sure. what you can do is--make sure all hardware are in good condition then set up system from beginning followed the manual.

611A is analog system, you can test it easily by switches, jumper and battery box.

remember-- making sure every HW is in good condition is your job, that no one can help you as we are not at your present. HW including--servo motor, drive (box) Control card . signal cable and power cable .       

       if you need more help, you need post more detail information. such as the history of the m/c, what is wrong making m/c not running
