Cannot simulate one of the TP comfort panels

Hi Petr, I am having a very similar problem as you described. I cannot simulate in any circumstance none of the TP comfort panels available. It says incompatible as yours. When I try to simulate the HMI models KP basic, all models of this family work well. Do you have any idea why? I am suspecting that this is something related with firmware version...
