ALGUDKAR RAO Posts: 621 Rating: (10)	Dear friends one of my friend he comleted diploma and having 10years experience, but he intested in the automation domain.but now he working other domain before he having over all 6yrs exp in automation.currently his profile changed i suggested him continue current job but what is your best suggestion...and guide to build his automation career...

Engineering field has much to offer. But if a technical minded person leaves this field, it only means that some much needed logic is moved into another field that badly needs it.
