arab1 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	HiProblem in load plc and NC program in CPU 810d cod ccu3.4 (6fc5410-0ay03-1aa0).This CPU 2 year off and now when power on we can not load program nc and plc.When power on seven segment in cpu show 6 and lead +5V on- lead nf off- lead sf on. – lead cb off- lead pr on- lead ps on – lead pf on and flash – lead pf on.We can not connect with computer and we can not clear cpu. in system control show wait connect nc and plc. Pleas help me.Thanks
