CF card for CU320

This is a general question for the CU320 (not CU320-2), it concerns all of its hardware versions.
Suppose I need a new CF card for this older CU320, I can only still buy the new and bigger CF cards that are used in CU320-2.
1) How about the firmware on that card, I suppose it will be the latest one for CU320-2.
What firmware can I download that will fit for the old CU320? And what is the download link?
2)Will this fit also for the oldest hardware versions of CU320?
3)Suppose there was a license on the old CF card, I know this is linked to the serial number of the CF card, but what steps do I take get the same license for my new card in exchange of the license of the old card?

3)you should try recreate/Order the licence with the new CF Serialnumber but since the V2 is phased out i think you can't order new licence for old Drive System.

Does this mean that if the CF card from old CU320 is not ok anymore, and licences were used, I cannot use it anymore (at least with license)?
This worries me, because I know if motormodules are from the oldest hardware version they also can't work with new CU.
