CFC ERROR DURING SIMULATING A FAILSAFE SIGNAL

I want to simulate analoge signal that comes to failsafe card in CFC programe when i want to simulate the signal i can not change sim value to 1 because of error that says it can not be done because of parallel accessing in cpu what is the problem?apperciate that for helping me.thnx.
