The WinCC Competence Center Mannheim has developed a tool which allows to rename the computer name from a WinCC project off line. That means, the WinCC project must not be open. The tool is a small exe file which has as parameter the name from the WinCC project. If your are interest, please contact us: WinCC.Competence@siemens.com Michael Alter Siemens AG WinCC Competence Center Mannheim WinCC ODK Hotline Dynamostr. 4 68165 Mannheim Germany Fon: +49 621 456 2265 Fax: +49 621 456 3334 Internet: http://www.siemens.com/process-management |

I don't think they have free tools and it's possible that the wanted tool doesn't exist (work?) anymore for WinCC as it's not in the list, check here: http://www.industry.siemens.de/industrysolutions/de/en/wincc/support/wincc-tools/Pages/Default.aspx |
