Changing variable triggers name

Fede Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hello all, this is my first post in the forum, though I have been reading it intensively during the last months.I dont find any solution for my problem, nor in the helpfiles, nor in the web, so maybe you can help me, or maybe you can tell me if I am missing something. In my application, I use customized objects with VBS Scripts inside, triggered by Variable on change. _All variables_ in the customized object (trigger variable names among them) are composed from the name of the customized object. So, to insert a new object in the applicaction, I simply copy&paste a "master" object, rename it and launch a VBA script to "customize" the VBS scripts and triggers inside each "customized object" in the image. Is there anyway to change the name of an existing trigger variable? Thank you very much, Federico Maybe I am not very clear, sorry for my english. I use WinCC 6.0. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any additional info.

Fede Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I haven't found any solution, but a siemens expert in Spain has suggested a good workaround: - Copy the .Sourcecode into a string value - Create a new Dynamic (with hmiDynamicCreationTypeVBScript) This method will delete any former trigger! - Copy the code in the string variable into the .SourceCode of the new dynamic - Add a trigger with the desire Variable name.
