Clean IPC427c with FlatPanel

Hi

I'm not familiar with that panels, but I was put to run them as HMI.

How to and what should I have?

I'm runnig TIA 15 PRO, should I have additional software or I can use my TIA licence?

You can run WinCC Professional in the IPC427C as long as you fullfill the hardware system requirements of the software and the operating system of the IPC it's compatible with the WinCC version.

I'm not sure if I'm clear enough, and understood well.

I have TIA 15.1 PRO on my PC, and have such IPC with PANEL.

First question: Can I program this panel as HMI using my TIA on PC?

Second: Do I have to have something else on that IPC despite Windows to program it? Can I use my PC soft/license to prepare that IPC to work as HMI or I have to buy something more like license with powertags. To be clear I don't have any SCADA, just want to use that as HMI panel.

To use your IPC as a HMI station, you need a WinCc Advanced or Professional license. Since you have a Professional license, you can develop your HMI/SCADA program either on the IPC or on your engineering PC, which ever has the WinCC Pro license installed.

To run the HMI station, when you want to connect to your PLC, monitor and control the process, acquire and archive data... the IPC must have  WinCC Professional Runtime license (same version as the WinCC Pro license in the IPC or engineering station).
