My system consists of two redundant servers with wcc pro v15.1 and two clients. I am trying to add a third client

I install wcc rintime CLient in the third pc, I put the license, but when from the wcc runtime I try to open the project in server 1 I get the following message:

I have apparently configured the new client like the other 2, with the same user and password, the SIMATI HMI group and the user is a member of the group. In the HW configuration I added the third client and did the download.

I don't understand where the problem is. What means the message ?
