vegas Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi phantom, I already could download client project in client pc, i has a windows user(member of Simatic hmi, simatic cs and MicrosoftSQLUsers<namepc>wincc) inall machines, ES, OS_Client, OS_Server with same password and user name but iwasn't logged in ES with thisuser. Althought, i send you network configuration screenshots of all pc (net_client.jpg, net-ES-jpg and net_Server.jpg).Hovewer, when i wasmaking the test project in client pc, i could load the server data sucessfully later i openedOS PROJECT EDITORandi did click in OK after a popup windows is open "ERROR FATAL, FAILED TO CREATE APC HOST, TERMINATING" This error has to do with the configuration of the user in all machines? Glad to note that you are making progress... vegas . . . a popup windows is open "ERROR FATAL, FAILED TO CREATE APC HOST, TERMINATING" . . . About this error, this is an installation problem. I assume you got this while trying to create client project on the client machine? I do not have a client machine with me for testing but probably you cannot create a new project on a client machine... You can create the project on ES and archive and retrieve on the client. Any way, this step (of creating test client) is not necessary if you are able to download the project to the client. Just to make sure, can you post the installed softtware (Start/Simatic/Installed Software) CSV file and the Citamis.str (from C:\Windows\) file for the client machine? Regards

I want totest some things client-server, are you belive that it can operatethe client in client_pc (same)ifi install a virtual machine with os_client sotfware??

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	Hi vegas, It is possible that this "ifix" software is creating problems, try after uninstalling this. But make an image of your C: partition before you uninstall. I would definitely not recommend using the Virtual Machine. This should be used only in test scenarios... Regards
