I'm working with TP700 Comfort panel in TIA portal 15.1.

I have some trouble with popup window on Comfort panel. I'm trying to close the popup window with a Close button, which is placed in the popup windows itself. I know that event ShowPopupScreen with parameter Display mode = Off should be used. However, this is not working in my case. Opening a popup works without problem, but I cannot close it via a button. Only if open some other screen, the popup closes.

Is this a possible software bug? Or am I missing something?

Please try with the configuration that I attached you in a screenshot.

I tried with your settings (changed Display mode from Off to Toggle), but it didn't help.

One thing I noticed is that when I press a button ouside the popup window, there is a light grey rectangle around the button, which indicates the button is pressed. But no such rectangle is around the button in the popup window. So maybe it doesnť work because the button is not pressed for some reason.

Edit: I have Upd5 installed.

I have the solution now.

I placed a border with transparent infill around the popup window and I didn't realize it would "overshadow" the components inside the window. So I wasn't really pressing the button. That's the reason.
