I need cominication example CM 1241 AND MM440  (but tia portal v13 )

what kind of communication you need prepare? I see CM1241 but MicroMaster can have other interfaces. With right info we can better help. Also look to MicroMaster Conference for another infos:

do you really want to make a Serial communication? For Micromaster I would work with DP interface.

ı look example program  in support

but from v13 to v10 software error occurs when converting
