Dear all,

I have CPU S7-1200 with part no. (6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0) connected with a profibus communication module CM 1243-5 with part no. (6GK7 243 5DX30 0XE0) V1.0.0.
Using TIa Portal V13 I tried to download this Hardware configuration to the cpu, but the following error appeared to the CM 1243-5 card with this message 'The CPU firmware Version V4 and higher is not supported'.
so please I want to understand this problem and how can I solve it?

please upate the CM FW to Version 1.3.4.

Use the right Update file from the Link.

he say that the HWCN can downloaded to the PLC so i think he have allready a V13 Sp1 version installed or?
