I'm currently trying to set up communication between S7-1500 PLC and 3rd party control system. The S7-1500 has an added CM 1542-5 (6GK7542-5DX00-0XE0) Profibus interface which is V2.0

I've been trying to find the GSD Files for this version, but can only find V1.0 GSD files (here)

I've tried to find a way for TIA Portal V14 to generate the GSD, but have not found how that can be done.

Any tips would be greatly appriciated!

I'm trying to set up the CM 1542-5 V2.0 as a slave, and need the GSD to set it up in our control system.

The support packages you linked to, only adds devices to the hardware catalog of TIA or? I already have the CM added to our project in TIA , it's the gsd I'm having trouble locating, which I need outside TIA.
