you must evaluate the outputs in your program. Save STATUS when ERROR=TRUE.
Do you get any LED indication RX/TX?
Which error does the master report?

Error bit not True But status showing continously 16#7000.

And for Master i am using Modbusview TCP showing error time out.

I increased the response time & check but status not change.

Modbus comm load instruction & Modbus slave instruction both showing status 16#7000.

but data not update in master software.

RX led blink at cm module which is slave
