I can find very little information on this PCS 7 gateway CM 101 (Modbus RTU/Modbus TCP) except for this very slim document:

All you learn there is that you have to provide the module wiuth 24 VDC (9-32 VDC to be exact).

I have located no further technical data sheets for this module available on the web.

I have found another flyer on a PCS 7 gateway for IEC 61850, the CM 104, also very poor on technical information. But it has a contact email that you might want to try at the back of the brochure,so you could request the technical data for your CM 101.
