I WANT TO SHOW THE TRANSMIT AND RECIVER LED STATUS OF MODBUS MODULE ON SCADA.

not good idea, also probably missunderstand this due connection of Scada. Look, imagine that you have cyclical time of communication about 200-300 ms. I think status of LEDs is impossible show correctly due also communication timeout of Scada.

Update: you can create some kind of 'general' communication status value. If some problem will occur, you can set it as you need, also Scada can show this status without problem because it can be set long time f.ex. These kind of signals I set as inverted due other better handling with oposite partners.
