Hello,

I try to communicate a loop detector LD4-B whit a module CM1241 in the RS 485 freeport. But the module can´t detect the signal from the LD4 card. I use point to point communication in the TIA PORTAL software.

I send the images of the configuration, the contection between the LD4 and  CP 1242-7 GPRS module. In the program  I don't receive any signal.

sry but your post has changed, can you provide some infos about that modem model number? Probably better can be look at documentation to that modem/card. Give info about that model.

can you post info, what CM module you're using? What is idea about signals transition, to which device? In that connection Picture you're connected communication signals A,B from backside of that card?

Update: on first post was CM1241 RS485 module, on second post GPRS modem module?
