Hi everybody,

When we get the AS-i index 84 diagnostic from the CM1243 we get LPF bytes (I/O faults for the activated AS-i slaves) can someone explain me please when or in which situation these flags turn true?

 Hello,

I understood this part, but my question it will seem stupid but what is an I/O fault? I know that can be a failure in an input or output, but what failure? a short circuit in an input? I test it and it remains false. Can be a output that was activated but the slave don't have the 24VDC for outputs? I tested it and the flag remains false.
