cmos EPROM error codes

Details:		Hi guys, I uploaded a program from a CPU948 to my laptop with S5 v6.65and wanted to transfer/blow modified one into the EPROM. The prommer works because I transferred one block when testing before erasing the memory using Siemens UV lamp and am now trying to blow the program but i get an error message as follows: DIRECTORY END ADDRESS 140D Wrong mode. I can read the parameters in the EPROM, my 'prog no.' is correct so where is the problem? Also when i go to 'auxiliary functions' going F1 to transfer it displays the following: DIRECTORY END ADDRESS 140C Submodule contents invalid. Please help, I am worried maybe i will never get my prog back on. rammy.

rrammy Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi Pee, I have selected 'word' to set in the presets to no avail, and I have also tried 'byte' and 'word/field' which are the other options to choose. The prommer is ok because managed 'blowing' one block just for testing beforeI erasedit in the UV lamp. And it was set as 'word' at that instant. many thanks.
