COM PROFIBUS / GSD File for 321-1CH20-OAAO

I want to do the GSD configuration on Com Profibus V5.1 for my ET200M Slave station. 1: 153-1AA03-OXBO (1 Module) 2: 321-1CH20-OAAO (5 Modules) but this kind of modules does not exist in Com Profibus 3: 322-1HF10-OAAO (1 Module) 4: 331-7KB02-OABO (1 Module) But I cannot complet my configuration because of the lack of this module (321-1CH20-OAAO) in Com Profibus. The only one existing is 321-1CH80-OAAO and I asking myself is it possible Iuse this one??? please I urgently need your helps. thanks!
