com profibus v5.1

Al-Khawarizmi Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello All, I am having a difficulty scanning my network using com profibus V5.1. Every time I try toconnect to the Profibus Master DP ( From a PC with V5.1 installed using "Import from PFM Master), it tells me system not reach. The master and the PC are setting on the same profibus Network, also I have a repeater and some ET200M cards, SM331 Analogue cards in the same network. Any help is much appreciated. Regards. V5.1 SP2 HF3 is the newest one, see ID 11932277 HF2 for COM PROFIBUS V5.1 and ID 19293900 Hotfix 3 for COM PROFIBUS V5.1.

Al-Khawarizmi Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello late and Fritz, Initially I had HOTFIX 2 installed, so I upgraded to HOTFIX3 following the link Late sent me, also I double checked my CP according to the Fritz advice and the one I have installed in the PC is CP5611. Is there any configuration or settings I have to do on the master side before scanning the network?. I did not have a chance to test it yet, but hopefully I’ll get sometime today to do so.
