Com266 to IP266 Module communication

I have read some limited posts on the forums regarding this situation, but is still unclear to me. In the past I was able to use an aftermarket cable to interface between the COM266 software on a Win98 computer and the IP266 positioning module.  The aftermarket cable is interfaced with the PC through a RS-232 current loop converter powered by a 12 VDC power supply. Now I am not able to go online and the error message returned is "F53 Watchdog error PCB"

Can anyone tell me what the proper cable that is suppose to be used for communication between Com266 software and the IP266 module? I cannot find any SIEMENS documents that explain how this connection is made. 

What is more frustrating is that I was able to connect before and now using the same setup, it does not..

I did some research in this regard and came accross people having similar isues.

Please contact the below company. Their website is in German only but I am sure that they are able to help you because its still offering adapter and cables for S5 modules (also IP266).
