Comfort Panel: Cannot download and cannot set the device version to 16.0.0.3 or 16.0.0.4 in the project

Dear all , I have the same problem with V16. I have a new comfort panel 6AV2124-UOC02-0AX0. The device is delivered with version image 16.0.0.3. When I try to download, it gives me the message that I I should install the correct panel images / panel images incompatible. In TIA you can ony select V16.0.0.0 as an image for the device. 4 weeks ago I had the same problem with a 2nd display, I changed the panel version in 15.1 ( in V16 that is ) and downgraded the display to make it work... If anyone has a solution to this I would be very glad to hear it :-) Greetings ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, Please have in mind, that you have a Comfort panel. You have to use the image of a Comfort panel, see: Image Downloads for HMI Operator Panels Download and install the images for Comfort panel (Not unified Comfort panel Best regards, Wizard |

I have the same problem with TP1500. I have tried downloading latest images but still same problem. Anyone knows anything? |
