I am using V19up2 and have just attempted to use both “HasUserRoles” and “GetRolesFromUser” functions and i get nothing out of them.

Is this a known problem or are we using the functions wrong? I would assume that user defined roles can be used with these.

I have the same problem.

I am using MTP1200 Unified Comfort panels in Tia v19 upd 3.

HMI runtime version 19.0.0.3

Firmware version 19.03 - I know there is version 20 available but there are some other problems with it so I have to stay with version 19.

I am not using WinccRuntime on my computer but I have physical HMI device.

Sorry, because I wasn't precise in my description.
My sheduled task is called every 1 second.
I just have script which is checking current user name 
and based on this execude some functions.​

So I am 100% sure my script (executed by sheduled task) 
works, because it is used for other functionalities.

And my problem is still not solved.

Have you tried this (checking current user roles) on 
physical device ?
