You have installed only Step7 Pro V13 pacakage of TIA Portal.

To work with Comfort series , you need  to install WinCC Comfort V13  Package (License+ Software Package)

Are there S7-400 series in this package also ? I wanna to made S7-400  project in conjunction with comfort HMI panel

but I saw a complete package  with my friend including comfort panels, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 and  S7-1500, What about this Package, really I need to this Package please to facilitate my work.

If you search in forum then you will come to know which pacakge is required for which product .

For your requirement,

You need Step7 Prof V13 and WinCC Comfor/Advanced V13 .

Now current version TIA portal is 14 

Just search TIA portal V14 in google or Support site.

According to my previews Question and your answer, I get these packages

WinCC Basic V14

WinCC Comfort/Advanced V14

WinCC Professional V14

STEP 7 Professional V14

STEP 7 Basic V14

and  I still not understand the different between them.

please remember that, my request was package collects (comfort panels, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 and  S7-1500)  together

in other word, can I install more than one of these packages to get my demand

For your requirement,

Below packages +license is sufficient.

WinCC Comfort/Advanced V14( for comfort panel )

STEP 7 Professional V14( all standalone plcs , S71200,300,400,1500).

Now differences are as follow

WinCC Basic V14: only Basic HMI can configure

WinCC Comfort/Advanced V14 :( basic, comfort , other series hmi, pc based small scada) for scada additionally u need runtime package and licenses as per ur requirements

WinCC Professional V14 :( Basic, comfort , other series hmi, pc based small scada,Bigger size scada ) for scada additionally u need runtime package and licenses as per your requirements.

STEP 7 Basic V14 : only S71200 PLC+ Basic HMI

STEP 7 Peofessional V14 : All stand alone PLCs ( S71200,300,400,1500)

For configuration of safety PLC you need another safety package step7 basic safety and safety advanced along with step 7 basic and professional rsp.

So, can I install more than one of  these packages together ?
