COMM BETWEEN AB & SIEMENS

Eastern Posts: 557 Rating: (64)	Dear Sir, I am using cpu 315-2Dp as a slave & allen bradly PLC as a DP master by using Profibus scanner card. In SIMATIC Manager software i am using a dummy s7 400 siemens plc as a master & CPU 315-2DP as a slave & also use the same DP master slave setting.i am configure some comm. data on DP slave,all DP master setting with comm data i am configure on allen bradly PLC, DOES this configuration work or not. It'seasier and then You can usen in Your project Simatic's DP bus like standardbus, connect panels, distributed IO's etc. Jari
