suppose we want to command to drive by its digital input ,i attached two picture ,one is commanding by a proximity sensor and another is commanding by plc. i want to know which wiring is true ?

The way to connect to the drive is depending on the drive. These specifications are listed in the manual of the drive.

B is good for all cases without reading the manual document too deeply. BUT the reaction times are not good. It would be better to have some electronic board with opto-isolated circuit.

Chances are that A is possible - but only the manual document will be helpful in telling you how.

The sensor connection is a little less straight forward. Again the manual will give guidance. So C should be possible. Using D is a little bit of a problem - you need to know how much power the drive can supply; perhaps the Amp rating is too small.

Applying B to this scenario is more safe way, but again speed is an issue.

Personally I prefer A and C but the manual document needs study to ensure the same reference is used in both drive and device.
