Commisioning new drive s120

Hi friends, again.

We want to make a test station to check motors.

We have mounted a sinamics S120 with cu310-2dp and Power unit 340. All connected to asinchronous motor with encoder.

I use starter 4.4.1.0 connecting ethernet x127 port.

The cu have a cf card with firmware 4.7 hf22.

When i go online its detect the cu perfectly. For add a new drive  (the motor) i go offline and fill data motor, data encoder and data of pm. When i go online to make a id motor an error occurs:

Offline configuration (cu310v) is different online (s120_cu3102dp).

If i make a download to the cu, the cu fails giving several faults.

Can you say to me how to make a right commisioning?

to me it seems, that there is something wrong with the selected hardware in the project. Did you really select a CU310-2 and the correct PM340 in the project? Maybe you can share your project here.

 Thanks RB91. When i started my project from zero, i mounted cu, power unit, motor qnd encoder. Online its only detect the cu perfectly i have to add manually the power unit....its ok? Or the starter has to detect the power unit?

Hi,

the powermodule should be detect if you run the automatic commissioning.

try:

create new project

create CU310-2 

go online start automatic commissioning

then the detected modules are configured and upoloaded to the project.

 I've made this. Create new project, insert cu310 and online. But power unit not appears making automatic configuration...

I've changed the power unit for another one....and now has been recognized by the starter.
