Hello, After configuring the encoder, motor and running and after determine the commutation angle offset with success the motor fails to jog showing Error "25080 Axis position Monitoring". If the motor is rotated manualy error "300508 Axis %1 drive %2 zero mark monitoring of motor measuring system" apears. The encoder was configured according to https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/adsearch/resultset.aspx?region=WW&lang=en&netmode=internet&ui=NDAwMDAxNwAA&term=heidenhain+distance+coded&ID=17823535&ehbid=17823535 What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks in advance for your time, |

Hello.... I think you have asked the same question during last year on the same day regarding torque motor Does your feedback position is comingproperly??? Does the synchronization is not done properly/ commutation angle offset angles are proper??? /tf/WW/en/Posts/48589 Regards, Prakash |

First of all thanks for your answer. Last year I was making the project and this year i am actually trying to put the torque motor to work but keep on getting the same error 300508 Axis %1 drive %2 zero mark monitoring of motor measuring system. Using a oscilloscope i measure the signals, all seem ok according to heidenhain documentation, except for the zero mark. I know that maybe because it is distance coded it might not be exactly has the documentation says. Can someone check if the signals in the attachment file are ok, or if it needs encoder adjustment or other operation. Thanks in advance for your time, Attachmentencoder_signal.zip (230 Downloads) |
