Communicate a printer via RS 232 Communication With 1SI module (6ES7 138-4DF01-0AB0)

vrushabhD Member Joined: 5/3/2018 Last visit: 5/16/2022 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I am using S7 1515-2 PN PLC Connected to IM151-3 PN (6ES7 151-3AA23-0AB0) in Profinet Network. I Am trying to communicate a printer via RS 232 Communication With 1SI module (6ES7 138-4DF01-0AB0). I am using S_SEND instruction to SEND data but the instruction is giving Error Status 1E0E and Contonously. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from RS 232 Communication in ET200s With S7 1500 PLC.

Kaulquappe Posts: 3093 Rating: (324)	1E0E: Static error during call of the SFC DP_RDDAT. The RET_VAL return value of the SFC is made available for evaluation in the SFCERR variable at the instance DB. Possible reason: DB not available, DB too short

Please insure LADDR Is applicable for S7 300 CPU is IO start adress. And for using S7 1500 CPU use LADDR Is your 1SI ASCII Hardware Identifier. PFA. Attachment Untitled.png (119 Downloads)
