Can I communicate between two CPU S7 300 with MPI network? I want to know status of i/o from the first cpu to the second and to change them.

Yes it is possible by means of making S7 connection and using communication blocks and another way of doing is to go to the NETPRO and select the mpi network between 2 plc right click and define the GLOBAL DATA

for first better will be post your Automation SW version, better also CPUs order number with firmware. Why? Because some old CPUs doesn't support S7 communication till some version of needed firmware. With old Step7 probably only S7-400 with S7-300 via MPI connection can be established, simply try it configure on your project to see if it is possible, you can try create all possible connections to see. I answering due your MPI request, via DP s7-300 cpus can communicate f.ex. via it's internal DP ports between each other. So better can be look for first to that CPUs type and firmw. If you have old S7-300 CPUs, probably you must use old Step7 v5.X SW, not TIA portal.
