ZACK54544 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Santosh1989 Hi All, Please find the attached file of my program with the VFD's, in my case i am "Reading- 4 Data's"(Voltage-416120, Dint, Length-2 ; Frequency-416130, Dint, Length-2 ; Current-416140, Uint, Length-1 ; Kw-416100, Dint, Length-2). "Writing- 2 Data's"(Control Word-450000, Uint, Length-2 ; Speed Reference-450010, Uint, Length-1). I am used individual "MB_MASTER" instruction for each registers, and it has been executed one after the other, by "Done" or "Error" bits of each registers instructions. Baudrate : 19200, Parity : 0, Stop Bit : 1. Regards, Santhosh.HS Hello Santosh, Thanks for your shared documents. I am trying to communicate Danfoss fc360 on RS485 using S7-1200 with cm1241. I have checked all the settings for MB_COMM_LOAD & MB_MASTER blocks. Problem is i am not getting data. TX led is flashing and also MB_MASTER Busy is flashing true/false. Please guide me what should i change in my program or settings? With the same setting i am able to check the data on the MODSCAN software but when i am trying to read/write the data through the PLC program. It's not working. The output parameters from Master block are:- Done- false, Error- false, Busy- flashing True/False, Status- 7000/7002. 7000 means block is idle & 7002 means Data transmission running. You need check statuses independently not DONE and ERROR as same input for one output status. How you know if you have DONE ok or ERROR in true? You need generally (as is sugested in many other topics here) save STATUS in case of ERROR in TRUE. Look, if your TX blink continuesly, simply you need have some output true - maybe DONE or ERROR with specific STATUS value which can point to some problem. In other case lower Timeout value can point to not received data from Slave due very low time for answer. Set that RESP_TO higher or defaul value in case of tests. Next recommendation is omit real slave device and attach PC application as Slave. Generally PC Slave app can maybe better answer with some other useful infos on PC screen (you see incomming message from PLC and other tips) than real device. For next help pls give us infos about what data you want read from Slave (address, data type) and start pls with one length as LEN parameter due your requested data. Update: what you mean with - 'I have checked...'? I don't see simply conditions for that checks...

ZACK54544 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Thanks for you help Duris. Finally i have received the data from the Danfoss Drive using S7-1200 PLC. Problem was with the cross cable connection. I have changed the Cable connection of RS485 (Data+ 68, Data- 69). Remaining all the settings for RS485 are same. Now i can read/write the data with Danfoss drive using S7-1200. with Regards Avnish Chauhan.
