Communicate KTP700 DP with SENTROPAC 3100 MODBUS RTU

Good day,

I'm having a problem conecting a KTP700 DP with a SENTRONPAC 3100 via modbus rtu. I don't get any answer fron the SP. It is not an address problem because I comunicate the same SP with a CB1241 and it works fine.

I configure the conection using Modicon Modbus RTU in the conextion setting of the panel as the image attached.

Is it possible to connect this two devices? The technical specification says yes but in other forum it says that is not possible.

Please I need an answer!!

I found the solution but it was recently published by Siemens.

To communicate this two devices you must download the Communication Service Packages (109739698). I worked with the V14 SP1.

It works great.
