Hi, What is exact status? You mensioned Read format is different, Is it means comminication is established but received data's are not in readable format? You should not read more than 20 registers in one query for this meter.

RX led is OFF,i want to know will my slave will communicate with this program or do i need to modify the program. Also when i checked your HW Config, you have used 3964 protocol, where i need to communicate with master protocol, as i have CP 341(1CH02) with modbus master license key.(or will it work with 3964) In Program what is No.of Queries, where do we get read format from program. Sorry that i have lot of question.... Thanks

It seems like you didn't installed the softwares CP 341 ptp and Modbus Master driver. Becuase the Modbus RTU drive is visible only after the installation of required softwares.
