Can I communicate S7 300 via CP 343-1 to PC?

How it is possible to communicate S7 300 to PC via ethernet?

better will be explain what do you imagine about communicate with PC. Create user communication with some application on PC,...? There are so many functions to imagine with communication with PC, so pls post more info what do you need to do.

I want to create an application with C# in PC, to receive the inputs status of PLC (S7 300). I connect the cp 343-1 module to a modem via a LAN cable. also I connect my PC to modem via wifi . I have not any error in module in hardware, and the SF LED in module is off. But in my project in TIA Portal the module has an error .

error : "OK, Error in lower-level component"

and I find that error is :

"no valid configuration data found."

Also I used AG-Send, AG-CNTEX, AG-UNLOCK, for communication. But i faced to another problem and I can not find the device ID, I faced error 8186 in status of this blocks, that shows the ID input is not valid.

if you want create app on PC in some higher lang, maybe user communication on PLC side can be used, SEND/RECEIVE over ISO-TCP, TCP or UDP. PLC can act as Server and your application as Client. You can prepare on both sides your own defined frame to read/write needed data. If you have Simatic NET library installed (payed), probably you can prepare some OPC link to PLC also, some examples with C# are documented. Try for first that user communication via SEND/RECEIVE, look at help and also here on forum, some users had posted their projects with some questions. On C# side you can prepare app with TCP connection to PLC server. On PLC side you simply define data which Client read via that defined Frame.

Update: or you have already some C# app created and tested with that PLC?
