Now i want to exchange some data on Ethernet, so plz give me the best solution with example. Need in urgent. Thanks & Regard's

But still communication not established and showing ERROE bit 1 and STATUS bit also 1. I am attaching my project here . Please check it..... fritz Diamond Expert Joined: 10/7/2005 Last visit: 3/18/2025 Posts: 3042 Rating: (1061)	Hello naveen_paliwal there are several ways to skin this cat and I can't tell which one is "the best" as it depends on your application (e.g. how much data, how fast etc.). Arguably the easiest way is via an S7 connection and usageof GET/PUT and you'll find an example for it at How do you program communication blocks FB14 "GET" and FB15 "PUT" for data exchange in the S7 program of an S7-300 CPU? Note that you need to grab the FB14/15 GET/PUT Blocks from different folders for each of your PLC's as mentioned in the above link and also shown below: The latest version of the FB14 "GET" and FB15 "PUT" communication blocks for data exchange by way of a CP343-1 or CP342-5 is available in the SIMATIC_NET_CP library under "CP 300 > Blocks". The latest version of the FB14 "GET" and FB15 "PUT" communication blocks with the "CPU_300" family for data exchange by way of the integrated PROFINET interface of a S7-300 CPU, IM151-8 PN/DP CPU or IM154-8 CPU is available in the Standard Library under "Communication Blocks > Blocks". Shoud you need to exchange more than 160 Bytes of data though, an S7 connection and usage of BSEND/BRCV woudl be more appropiate and you'll find an example for it atHow do you program communication blocks FB12 "BSEND" and FB13 "BRCV" for data exchange in the S7 program of an S7-300 CPU?(again, make sure you grab the Blocks from the correct library). TCP or ISO on TCP via open IE communication in the PN CPU and usage of AG_SEND and AG_RCV in the CP343-1 PLC are also possible, but rather complicate things. Depending on the type of CP343-1 and version of PN CPU, you coudalsogo down the path of Profinet I/O data exchange between the two if update speed is of the essence and will find out more about this in theSIMATIC PROFINET System Description. All up, you are well and truly spoilt for choice andI recommend that you also download a copy of the CPU-CPU communication with SIMATIC controllers (compendium) which is an excellent reference source to have on this matter. And I use AG_SEND, AG_RECV for data transfer. I think GET,PUT function not work with CPU 314-2pn/dp plc, may be I am wrong. But in my case it doesn't work. thanks and regards
