Can anyone tell me if the TIA WINCC Prof V15.x can communicate with Simatic S7 V5.6?
I see that the communication between SIMATIC S7 V5.x and TIA WINCC Advanced V15.x is possible via PLC Proxy Device. 
And how about TIA WINCC Professional V15.x?

For WinCC Professional PLC Device Proxy you can use als0SIMATIC S7 V5.x Project

Only if you use different TIA Professional Version you can use only from higher version PLC from lower versions. For example PLC from TIA V14 in the TIA V15 version. Not from TIA V15 in TIA V14
