Hello, first of ALL you should test if your port configuration is correct and your program is correct. Connect both station to a LOCAL network using one switch and use IP Addresses of same band. If this works, then change IP Address of one station to the right IP settings and connect the router between. Check that the router settings is correct done on both PLC. Check the connection and TCP routes via ping the stations from both sides. If Router address and IP Settings are wrong also ping will not work correct. Please observe that you must use TCPnative (using own TCP Ports which are released for use within the routers) connection. If you use ISOonTCP or S7 connection on the whole way TCP Port102 must be released in router settings, this port is regular blocked! Check also IP Address and sub net mask settings. What is the connection between subnet masks and IP addresses with regard to subnetting and supernetting (Classless Inter Domain Routing CIDR)? |
