Communication between CPU313C-2PTP and Keyence Camera module (CV5001)

king237 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	hello there, I am trying to establish Communication between CPU313C-2PTP and Keyence Camera module (CV5001) but i dont really know where to start. The camera module is using RS232C while the CPU 313C using RS 485. I have the communication cables sorted out but i have no clue as to how the programming is to be done for these two modules to communicate and exchange data. What function block is required for this communication?? thank you.

(One thread from German spoken forum explaining the way of communication in that case - click ) About RS232C the first think which I thought is SIMATIC NET DP/RS 232C Link interface . But in case all the settings should be done in camera...In practice you should contact with Keyence Ask The Experts and I am curios about their opinion... best regards, Hristo Mihalev
