Hello, I'm not S7-400 Expert, also in redundancy, but look again due your CPUs (you've mentioned they are same spec) how much connections they can create, this means also via one port. In my previous link Daniel explained this and give also spec sheet of example CPU. You have alraedy solution given with PUT/GET or Global data exchange. I think if you can create PUT/GET connection on S7-400 which have CP341 (but here I expect probably RTU Slave functionality of CP341 due DCS need exchange data as Master), you can look to existing DBs of CPUs as you need, collect data and prepare them in DB for DCS. Only idea. Look pls here in forum for CPU-CPU communication manual where you can see connection possibilities due interface type on CPU. Link: CPU-CPU communication |
