communication between s5-100 and PC

galsim Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	To Pegaia.Help me please! We have about ten pieces S5-100 with CP541 and PC station with WinCC v6.0 CP5613. How can I communicate S5-100 and WinCC 6.0. Give me configuration samples step by step.Thanks

In this way you can exchange just some words (I'm not sure but I think 32). In function of the number of the CPU's maybe you should use more thatone CP5613. the FAQhttp://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/17090003and http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1348028 give a idea how to do it. Just change a S7 PLC for a PC Station with CP5613 and OPC, for example.
