only question, try for first test that other Macros (look for internal implementation) on PC via Local Host. This I recommend for first, if your connection will work then try communicate with other device like S7.

therefore I've recommend test 2 Scilab socket connections together on one PC via local host. I see simply in this case problem in Scilab side, because you've done working solution so probably familiar with S7 side (Client and Server). If you'll have correct local connection test between 2 sockets then can't be simply problem connect to S7, good I understand logically?
